Yes I have officially recruited 100 penguins since I joined the ACP this is a great accomplishment and I am also working on 2 new divisions for the ACP one is the ACP coast guard which are always by the dock and beach watching over the penguin kind of like a militia. And the ACP recruiting department which experienced ACP penguins help train new recruits. By the way my 100th recruit is wabi95

How did you recruit so many?
I go on xbox live sometimes and when im playing a game I recruit people into my clan which is acp and after that they get clubpenguin accounts. also ive been recruiting for 3 years alredy so its no suprise
